DATOS provides laboratory strengthening courses both onsite (worldwide) and online, supporting professionals at all levels of the system.

Training of Trainers (ToT)

Most courses are available as Training of Trainers programmes. In addition to course content, participants learn about adult learning theory, training design, development of training materials, and teaching practice.

This enables participants to sustainably disseminate knowledge within their own institutions and networks.

On-the-Job Courses (Part of Mentoring or Stand-Alone)

DATOS offers practical, on-the-job modules related to quality management. These are often delivered as part of a laboratory mentoring trajectory but can also be provided independently.
