Designed and delivered a face-to-face workshop on laboratory leadership and management for approximately 60 laboratory managers during the Global Lab Workshop 2023.

[8 Nov 2023]  On 23 and 24 October, DATOS had the pleasure to provide a two-day workshop introducing management and leadership skills to laboratory supervisors at the first IOM - UN MIgration Global Laboratory Workshop in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The workshop included a selection of topics from DATOS’ one-week Management and Leadership course. We focused on both managerial knowledge and skills, such as planning and the new ISO 15189:2022 standard, as well as soft skills for managers and leaders, such as provision of constructive feedback and delegation.

The 51 enthusiastic and active participants gave the workshop an overall score of 9.1 out of 10.
